Cocktail Price Survey

Having just completed Rochester Cocktail Week we wanted to give you, our venue partners, the chance to review the price of the cocktails for future events.

The plan for Medway Cocktail Week in August was to request that all venues submit 3 cocktails as follows:

1) A basic cocktail at £5
2) A premium cocktail at £9
3) An alcohol free cocktail at £5

However, I’d like to give you the chance to give your feedback here as to the price of the basic cocktail and we’ll go with the majority.

So if you all feel £5 is not working any more and would like to increase then so be it, but just be aware that the higher that drink price is, the less appealing the event is to consumers and therefore the fewer people will take part. So if using the event as a marketing tool, as I feel many of you are, to attract new first-time customers, then this will be impacted.
